IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Plan, design, develop and deploy efficient information systems and operation systems in support of core organizational function
Apply proven communication, analytical and problem – solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments

Requirements:
Have minimum 2 years experience working in the Banking industry
Have dept and breadth within several of the following disciplines : Tehcnology, project management, systems development life cycle and customer service
Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Sr. IT Project Manager / IT Project Manager

Requirements:
Have minimum 5 years experience as IT Project Manager for Banking application
Handled project team size 10+, including supervision of onsite team
Able to manage engagement in Fixed price as well as Time and Material models
Operated as single point of contact for clients in large project
Good people management skills and leadership
Strong business communication and presentation skill
Hands-on experience with solution definition/good estimation skills
Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
