1. BUSINESS ADVISOR
To be responsible for all Holcim modern channel sales activities through maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with a network of distributors and Franchise Retailers. Incumbents are also responsible to provide assistance in growing and cultivating market opportunity for multi-construction material products as well as housing solution services for each area in order to increase profit, maintain market control and meet Holcim Indonesia’s strategic objectives
2. CPM SOLUTION EXECUTIVE
Supervise 5-6 CPM Developer to make sure the target achieved. Controlling all technical assessment and preparation on franchisee production facility to become Solusi Rumah Product Manufacture (SR CPM) based on site survey data. Ensure the set up process for new SR production facilities align with Solusi Rumah guideline and standard operating procedure. Further transfer SR production know how by conducting training to SR key personnel and SR Production workers. Supervise the transfer SR construction process by conducting training to SR key personnel if necessary to home builder, masons, contractors and other forums. Ensure machine maintenance and service levels of SR to secure optimum productivity. Conduct the certification of new SR outlet following by conducting regular quality control of SR building materials and periodic evaluation of SR standard compliance and regular technical audits.
3. SR CPM KEY ACCOUNT
Manage, maintain partnership, monitor overall SR (Solusi Rumah) CPM (Concrete Product Manufacturer) Franchise operations and maintenance including monitoring operational performance, unit sales, service, production, construction, inventory and logistic process in order to achieve (all) standard quality level in Solusi Rumah business and also achieve the most profitable, efficient and operationally excellent SR CPM Franchise unit, and providing potential investors as well as consumers a best-practice showcase of Solusi Rumah
4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Coordinate and Execute all program related with support for technical product in each area to provide superior products and services assures customer loyalty and fidelity and to give added value to the customers and end user, through enabling maximum customer satisfaction on our products through professional support, training and technical services and communicate to end user.
5. MARKET DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Plan, direct, and coordinate, on a daily basis through supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the sales services (includes house design, access to finance for house owners, land certification services), direct marketing, construction and production of Solusi Rumah products
1. Bachelor Degree Civil Engineering (1-6), Master Degree in Engineering (5)
2. Minimum 3 years working experience on cement base industry/ construction/ property (2-5)
3. Experienced in sales / business development (1,4,5)
4. Excellent command in English both oral & written.
5. Good communication skill, leadership skill, analytic & problem solving skill.
6. Willing to be stationed in all around Indonesia
