A company established in Indonesia for more than 25 years having business activities in the restaurant ( Fast Food ) company is looking for:

HRD / GA Manager

Your Profile :
1. Law/ Psychology Degree from a recognized university
2. Minimum 8 years working experience as HRD Manager at multinational company
3. Preferably having practical experiences in handling compliance matters
4. Possess lawyer certificate is an additional advantageous
5. 40 – 45 years old
6. Minimum 10 years working experience in Human Resources, of which 5 years at managerial level
7. Male and Female applicants are encouraged to apply

Your Job :
1. Develop HR plan short and long term
2. Develop recruitment system, selection and interview
3. Draft job vacancies advertisement for internal and external sources
4. Plan, implement, assess and evaluate training
5. Plan and implement induction program
6. Plan and implement talent development program
7. Able to develop competency and skills matrix
8. Able to create salary grading and employees level includes scoring
9. Able to create and review company rules and regulation
10. Able to handle labor issues

General requirements :
1. Familiar with employees data base and reporting
2. Understand payroll system includes calculation of jamsostek and employee tax (PPh.21)
3. Familiar with training arrangement and evaluation scoring
4. High communication skills horizontally and vertically
5. Familiar with labor law and other related rules/ regulations
6. Tactful in anticipating changes and critical situation in a short notice
7. Having broad contact with employment agencies including universities/ schools
8. Able to provide regular monthly and annual reports to BoD, peers, regional and principle’s
headquarter.
9. Familiar with required permits in relation with HR activities/ jobs
10. Having good managerial and leadership skills
11. Capable to guide, coordinate and motivate employees
12. Speak and write English fluently
13. Able to work under pressure and flexible.
14. Willing to travel around Indonesia
