Responsibilities:

- Promote our product or services via Tele-marketing to potential customers
- Maintain up to date product knowledge
- Doing follow-up of sale on existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records

Candidates should possess basic computer skills and simple knowledge of the internet. More importantly, you must be able to converse fluently on the phone with a smile!

Requirements:

- Female
- Prior experience in Call Center / Contact Center / Direct sales/ Service working environment is advantageous.
- Fluent in English
- Pro-active, patient, customer-oriented and has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to learn fast and willing to take on challenge and accountability
