CALL CENTRE
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Age between 22 – 25 years old for Call Center CSR
Possesses good customer service skill
Has good interpersonal and communication skill
Has knowledge how to operate computer and related applications (MS office applications)
Able to work in shifts and/or during holidays, and willing to extend work hours
Able to understand and to speak English (passive)
Familiarity with email application is an advantage
Work experience in telecommunication is an advantage
