Call Center Staff
Requirements:
- Female, max. 25 years old, single
- Minimum D3 from any major
- High motivation
- Fast learning
- Experienced in handling customers will be an advantage
- Good communication skill & strong team work
Senior Programmer (SPR)
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of System Applications to meet the business requirements
- Analysis, design, develop and implement System Applications according to existing corporate software development standards
- Produce system and user documentation during the development of systems
- Design and develop database systems
- Test, debug and document software developed
- Carry out maintenance and support of assigned systems
- Plan how work is to be carried out to meet targets of the project or team task
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Degree in IT or equivalent from reputable universities with min GPA 2.75
- Minimum 4 year working experience preferably in Financial Services Industry
- Knowledge in Life Insurance will be an advantage
- Familiar with: Delphi/ VB6/ VB.Net, .Net Technology, MS SQL 2000, and Crystal Reports
- Ability to learn new technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies
- Good attitude, interpersonal and communication skill, customer focus, continuous learning, responsible, and good team player
- Hardworking, independent, able to deliver excellent work yet meet deadlines
- Preferably speak in English
Finance Senior Staff
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with other finance staff to:
– Maintain daily cash/bank balance
– Handle bank statements
– Have a successful and on time payment process
- Assist manager in managing a positive cash flow
- Assist procurement functions
- Other tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 in Management/ Accounting from one of the reputable universities
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience in purchasing (especially in tender offering procedures) will be a plus point
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word)
- Good command in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills, team work, and good analytical thinking
- High level of integrity, honest, proactive, high initiative, willing to learn new things and teachable, with positive attitude and high commitment to deliver the result
