Senior Programmer (SPR)

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of System Applications to meet the business requirements
- Analysis, design, develop and implement System Applications according to existing corporate software development standards
- Produce system and user documentation during the development of systems
- Design and develop database systems
- Test, debug and document software developed
- Carry out maintenance and support of assigned systems
- Plan how work is to be carried out to meet targets of the project or team task

Requirements:
- Minimum S1 Degree in IT or equivalent from reputable universities with min GPA 2.75
- Minimum 4 year working experience preferably in Financial Services Industry
- Knowledge in Life Insurance will be an advantage
- Familiar with: Delphi/ VB6/ VB.Net, .Net Technology, MS SQL 2000, and Crystal Reports
- Ability to learn new technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies
- Good attitude, interpersonal and communication skill, customer focus, continuous learning, responsible, and good team player
- Hardworking, independent, able to deliver excellent work yet meet deadlines
- Preferably speak in English
