Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist Line Manager to spearhead and maintain customer service excellence activities/ programmes and raise engagement level between CordLife and customer through these programmes and activities.
- Provide overall after-sales support
- Assist Line Manager to establish customer relationship & administer loyalty program.
Requirements:
- Degree preferred but not essential
- Min 2 years of working experience in customer service or sales administration
- Pleasant personality, highly driven, people-oriented and confident
- Ability to communicate effectively
