Relationship Manager Business Banking (Code: RM BUB CBA - 09)

Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible for the growth, operations, and profitability of SME relationships within Commercial Banking area. The main objective is to increase/grow market share and eventually to maximize the portfolio’s value in line with the strategic and operating objectives for the assigned portfolio; as well as to co-ordinate the execution with supporting department / staffs and deliver the SME strategy to ensure achievement of the objectives.

Requirements:
- Has a minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in the banking industry.
- Broad based general banking experience.
- Sound understanding of the market.
- Business development and sales skills.
- Credit and analytical reasoning skills.
- Extensive product knowledge on trade, treasury and cash management.
- Fluency in credit application process and knowledge.
- Able to use MS Office applications.
- University degree (S1).
- Good command in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good interpersonal skill.
