Manager Voice Core & Enterprise

Responsibilities:
Integration Planning & Design of all network nodes connected to core elements & BSS
Generate RFQ for all new core & enterprise elements
Evaluation of proposal and recommendations on RFQ
Verify the cobtract document
Ensure that vendor delivery is as per contract
Impact anaysis of new SW upgrades and feature integrations
Plan & Workout of CDG initiatives luke true IMSI,EPRL,etc
Lead for international roaming project
Ensuring Standard Compliance on interface and Core new system
Set and maintanining high documentation standards for all design spesifications,plans, and technical discussion
Preparing ATP Document for core network elements
Planning of core network nodes on both circuit and soft switch domain
Planning of C7 network, Numbering, Routing, and Interconnect
Formulate and Maintain strict adherence to core network related processes
Providing guildelnes to project,implementations, & Operations team
Feature management in core network nodes

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): developing, scoping , managing major sales, Centrex, Signaling C7/ISDN.
Expert in Technical Specifications for core network systems, Circuit Switch Numbering and Signalling Plans and roadmaps, Circuit and Packet Switch Design Specifications
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent. Job role in Telecommunication Engineer or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
