A. Staf User System Support (Code: SPC – USS)

Responsibilities:
- Menyusun spesifikasi kebutuhan user yang berkaitan dengan sistem
- Menyusun konsep permintaan dan analisa pengembangan sistem
- Membuat skenario testing dan melaksanakan testing
- Menyusun kajian post implementation review

Requirements:
- Pendidikan S1 minimal IPK 2.75
- Menguasai algoritma pemrograman dan manajemen database
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Mengerti sistem dan prosedur perbankan secara umum

B. Relationship Manager (Code: PRB – RM)

Responsibilities:
- To acquire new clients.
- To meet annual target on revenue basis.
- To monitor balance of clients transactions.
- Deliver and maintain best service to clients professionally.
- Execute, comply and maintain audit requirements and procedures.
- To cross sell other banking products to clients.

Requirements:
- Male/Female
- University degree from reputable universities, minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 1 year Banking experience.
- Excellent communication skill, Client management, Engage with high-end profile of clients.
- Strong Sales background in Consumer Banking Products, such as Investment, Treasury, and Bancassurance Products.
- Holding WAPERD and AAJI is an advantage.
- Have own vehicle.
