We are, a National Company located in Jakarta, Kalimantan and East Indonesia, in order to expanding our organization, currently seeking a high caliber of potential candidates to fulfill the position below:

Secretary For Director

Responsibilities:
- Creating filing system, Maintenance of paper records and documents in relevant files.
- Drafting & Preparing letters / faxes / emails from time to time.
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone, mails, faxes & couriers.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Handling visa applications and formalities.
- Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements: Flight, train, car & hotel bookings as required from time-to-time by coordinating with Travel agencies.
- Organizing meetings & prepare minutes of meeting with action plans & follow-ups.
- Taking care of Managing Director.

Requirements:
- Graduated from Secretary or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, etc).
- Fluent in Mandarin (oral & written).
